I mentioned a few weeks ago that I had downloaded the 4.1 upgrade for the Blackberry Enterprise Server and was planning on installing it shortly.  Well, something happened along the way - the install instructions.  It appears that the 4.1 release requires a more recent version of the SQL server code than we have presently, so I'm waiting for that update to happen prior to moving forward. I'm regularly nagging the SQL server admin and hope that this will propel him into action soon, so once that's all done, I'll give you all an update.
