OK, for the second time in a year, a system upgrade brings the Blackberry infrastructure down? Is it just me, or does this seem to be either, (1) not the complete story, (2) indicative of a fragile system, or (3) the "new" quality tests they promised after the first outage aren't working.  Then there's the question of why the "backup" system didn't kick in sooner.  I know that we had users that were "off the grid" for an hour plus, including myself.

Seems like a little time at the architect's desk may be required to remove what sure looks like a single point of failure in Blackberryland.
